We are fully committed to meeting the compliance requirements of The Governance Code for the Community, Voluntary and Charitable Sector in Ireland.
Our Board of Directors are not paid and give their time voluntarily.
In addition, the Chairperson holds a particular responsibility for managing the organisation’s relationships with the HSE and other key stakeholders.

A non-executive Director of a number of companies and business consultant. Previously an Executive Main Board Director of First Active plc and non-executive Director of subsidiary companies within the Group in Ireland and the U.K. A member of the Mediators Institute of Ireland, Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants and the Institute of Bankers in Ireland. Honorary Consul of Peru in Dublin.

Anne is Head of Clinical Research at the Health Research Board, with responsibility for a funding portfolio of research from projects over people to infrastructure. She has experience in strategy development, setting up governance structures for complex large-scale awards and working within an environment driven by stakeholder needs. She holds a PhD in biology and Diplomas in Management and in Leadership.

Paula is Rehabilitation Coordinator at Spirasi the national rehabilitation center for victims of torture. She previously coordinated the front line service for asylum seekers and refugees at the Irish Refugee Council. Prior to that she undertook casework with the irregular migration team at the Migrant Rights Centre Ireland. Paula holds a BA in International Relations and an MA in Development Studies from Dublin City University and an advanced diploma in Immigration and Asylum Law from King’s Inns. Her MA thesis focused on minority rights and protection of Roma; she has since gained practical experience working on a Roma health community initiative. Paula is also a board member of Safe Haven Ireland which promotes youth integration through sail training development.

Aisling is a qualified Irish solicitor who has trained and worked in Arthur Cox, Ireland’s leading law firm. She has extensive experience in corporate law and governance and has advised various companies and charities on important aspects of Irish law. Aisling has a Bachelor of Civil Laws (International) from University College Dublin and attended the University of Queensland, Australia for one year to achieve an international law degree. Aisling has a diploma in project management and is also qualified to practice law in England & Wales.
