Dear sir or madam,

My name is XXX, I am writing this letter to your office in relation to my spouse XXX and my daughter XXX join spouse and join parent’s visa applications

I XXX came to Ireland as student status on XX/XX/20XX and have been living in Ireland for the past 10 years. Currently, I am on residence status Stamp4 (it’s granted by conclusion of two years probationary extension status) and working with XXXX (company name) as a XXX (position) since XX-XX-2005, my currently annual remuneration is €35,000.

I met my husband XXX in Nov 2003 in XXX (City name) in china through of friend’s party, we were keeping in touch through of phone calls and internet chatting and we got married on XX/XX/XXX and our child was born in the china on XX/XX/XXXX.

Currently, I have granted residence status Stamp4 based on conclusion of two years probationary extension status and have been working in the State for many years; my husband works with XXXX (company name) as a XXX (position) in china since XX-XX-XX and both of us consider that if we can reside in the State, our family will get better life in the future, also all my friends are here, I have totally integrate into Irish society, I really want you to allow my husband and my daughter to join me in the State and let our family enjoy our real life in the State.

Dear sir or madam, I wish to inform you I miss my daughter and my husband every day, we only can chat and see each other online, I only can meet them when I come back to china for holiday, I would be really grateful if you could consider my situation; also I would like to assure your office that I will take full responsibilities for my family members in the State, I promise that our family will not engage any public funds and will obey the law in the State.

I hope you will reconsider my spouse and daughter application favourably. Thank you for your kind and consideration.
