Activities

EMHF conducts a range of activities that meet the needs of ethnic minority which include:

Voicing minority ethnic groups’ experiences in the areas of health and health care

• Producing evidence on the issues and barriers that minority ethnic groups face in trying to access health care in Ireland
• Training forum members in the areas of community building, policy advocacy, health related issues and research
• Producing and disseminating information on health and health services in the languages of Ireland’s various ethnic communities
• Influencing and changing health policy at national and local levels
